WHERE TO GO IN PARIS

The Off – getting into the right mood in the French Capital

The Off by Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris is THE definitive list of restaurants and bars across the city of lights. Take the time to drop by one or two – and get into the right mood for the show!

Prescription Cocktail Club

During the OFF, Prescription Cocktail Club will feature the creation of their Papesse cocktail. The meaning of “the Papesse” in the tarot would be erudition, cerebral activity, strong personal intuition or patience. The Papesse cocktail is balanced, elegant, fruity, dry and can be consumed as an aperitif or at the end of an evening. Similar to a glass of wine with more complexity, the Papesse should be enjoyed with patience. Indeed, the fruity side of the raspberry is quickly caught up by the dry side of the sherry wine which reminds the walnut at the end of mouth.
