Fulcrand Cabanon: A Languedoc Cabrières rosé from an award-winning cooperative

From L’Estabel, a small cellar in Cabrières founded in 1937 that today counts 25 winegrowers, Fulcrand Cabanon rosé is a controlled designation of origin Languedoc Cabrières made from Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah. With vines located in the French region of Hérault, Fulcrand Cabanon benefits from a Mediterranean climate and carbonate schist soils, producing a wine that is both velvety and fruity, and very typical of the terroir. The first cooperative winery to be elected “Winemaker of the Year” in the Guide Hachette 2023, L’Estabel has also won gold medals at the Concours Général de Paris.
