2023 marked the 25th vintage of Domaines Paul Mas’ Vignes de Nicole wines. To celebrate this momentous occasion, Domaines Paul Mas, based in the Hérault region surrounding Montpellier, is proud to present visitors to this year’s Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris with an opportunity to taste vintages from across the 25 years of these historic wines.

With a first vintage in 1998, Vignes de Nicole produces Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah, and Chardonnay-Viognier within the unique style of Domaines Paul Mas, which represents 17 estates across 940 hectares over the main Crus of the Languedoc region: Pézenas, Grés de Montpellier, Terrasses du Larzac, Limoux, Boutenac, and Roussillon.
