It’s an immense pleasure for me and the entire Vinexposium team to welcome you to Paris, a city renowned for its deep historical ties to the world of wine. As we embark on this journey together, we are thrilled to showcase what promises to be an unforgettable event, filled with innovation, quality conferences, and, of course, exceptional wines and spirits from across the globe.
This year, Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2024 stands out with its impressive figures: 4,074 exhibitors, including 33% international and 67% French, representing 48 producer countries with 12 new entrants such as Tunisia, Poland, and New-Zealand, highlighting our commitment to diversity and discovery. The event has seen a remarkable 19% increase in total surface area, accommodating a 53% increase in space for international exhibitors, reflecting the growing global interest.
All French wine growing regions are in attendance, showcasing the rich tapestry of France’s wine heritage alongside a 22% organic offer, underlining increasing dedication to sustainability and natural winemaking practices. The Be Spirits section is more vibrant than ever, with 35 categories in attendance, a 47% increase in space and a 92% boost in international exhibitors.
We are expecting 40,000 trade visitors, including a significant increase of 35% in international attendees compared to last year, demonstrating the event’s expanding global reach. The engagement level is unprecedented, with a 67% increase in meetings pre-booked online between buyers and exhibitors compared to 2023.
The wine and spirits industry is confronting significant challenges today, but we will be stronger if we tackle them together. Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris is at the forefront of uniting this global community, offering a space to foster a rich dialogue and meaningful discussions with an eye towards the future. Our conference content is an important part of this approach, with 126 conferences and masterclasses planned in the official ON! programme, covering a wide range of topics. Additionally, the OFF programme promises an immersive Parisian experience with 200 participating restaurants and cocktail bars, inviting you to explore the city’s wine and culinary culture after the show.
