Good morning ladies and gentlemen and welcome to day three of Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2023. It’s been an absolute pleasure to welcome the global wine and spirits industry at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and thank you all for coming out in such large numbers. The show continues today, with a wide range of activities taking place across the trade show, centred around our core theme “World in Motion”.

Be sure to check out our Masterclass on looking for new grape varieties which are more resistant to climate change at 9:30am in Room 2. We also have our Let’s Talk About Wine! conference on developing a world class sustainability strategy for your wine business which will be starting at 11:30am in Room 5.

Another must is the battle of the mixologists which will be taking place at the Speakeasy area in Hall 2 this morning at 10:30am. Keeping on the topic of spirits, I suggest stopping by our new area, dubbed Craft Pavilion, which puts a spotlight on the upcoming generation of spirits and alcohol-free drinks.

If you haven’t already had the chance, make your way to our digital innovation area, La Wine Tech Perspectives, where a panel discussion will be held on decarbonising the industry. Then after lunch, don’t miss the Chef & Sommelier Duo in Room 2 where Michelin-starred chef Adeline Grattard at the Restaurant Yam’Tcha is teaming up with her Head Sommelier, Marine Delaporte.

Make sure you also give yourself the time to simply explore our various halls where wine and spirits makers from all over the world are presenting their finest and most innovative products.
