Distilled in copper stills in Spirits Valley then aged in cognac casks, the nose offers a blend of candied fruits, honey, cinnamon, chocolate and almond while it is harmonious and opulent on the palate. This organic rum, free from sugars, dyes, and artificial additives, aims to embody the essence of French terroir. It can be enjoyed neat, on ice, or in classic cocktails such as Cuban Punch, Caipirinha, and Mojitos.
