AR.Spirits showcases organic Évidence collection

The single malt whisky, made from local organic barley, is distilled twice in traditional Charentais stills before being aged in old barrels of organic cognac, followed by a final assembly in prestigious barrels of Pauillac wine.

Évidence looks to create an unforgettable sensory experience, from its elaboration to the glass. The collection owes its tastes and aromas to the terroir and the Charente know-how. Located in Cognac, the heart of the Spirits Valley, AR.Spirits produces a range of 100% French and organic spirits, using methods which are respectful of the environment and future generations.

Tasting notes

NOSE: Fruity and greedy – Dried fruits, stewed, baked peaches, baked apple

MOUTH: Silky – Dark chocolate and walnuts nutmeg, maple syrup, tea leaves

FINISH: Persistent and generous – Notes fruity and opulent
