Domaine de la Courtade’s is presenting its latest creation, Les Immergées, at the Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2024. This unique series, comprised of two vintages one in white and one in red from the protected designation of origin Côtes de Provence, reflects the estate’s innovative approach. These wines, aged for a year in amphorae, were then immersed
for nine months at a depth of 30 metres where they were able to fully express their full potential and essence. Available in limited editions of 900 bottles of white and 300 of red, they promise a singular oenological experience for enthusiasts.
