DaschBosch pursues its dedication to individuality, regionality, and old vines
UniWines’ premium brand of South African wines, DaschBosch, is focused on old vines, single vineyards and alternative styles of wine making, creating hand-crafted wines in the Breedekloof wine valley with a unique character that reflect the landscape, its climate, old and sometimes fragile soils, and complex culture.
Through its Heritage Range, DaschBosch continues its long-standing dedication to individuality and regionality, as well as its focus old vines. The salvaged old vines of the region produce grapes of character with an unmistakable sense of place that are tended to with care as an important part of the living history of the valley.
Old vines produce wines that reflect decades of growing in one place to produce delicate but powerful wines. In this tradition, DaschBosch is presenting its 2017 Gevonden Muscat produced from a 123-year-old vineyard and its Mossiesdrift Chenin Blanc from a vineyard planted in 1962.
