The winery, located only a few steps away from Bordeaux city centre, is presenting its wines and new state-of-the-art gravitational wine cellar. The design building’s design allows the grapes to be transferred straight into the vats with gravity. This way, the berries maintain their best shape and are not damaged in the process. Christophe Bedouet, Director of the company, said: “We produce a wine that stirs the senses, creates emotions, as it is born through constantly challenging and innovating the process, by infusing the purest traditions with a dose of new energy.”
