Château de Chambert has 1,000 years of history behind its wide range of wines, including reds and rosés

Château de Chambert is the largest organic and biodynamics Malbec winery in Cahors, with 65 hectares of vines in an estate that can trace its history back 1,000 years.
Among the estate’s red wines is Château de Chambert 2017, the historic wine of the chateau, a 100% blend of estate old vines, while Le Cause Rouge 2018 offers a fine red fruit bouquet. Le Cause Rosé Malbec 2020 is fresh and fruity with a beautiful aromatic complexity.
After succeeding the Delgoulet family in 2007, Philippe Lejeune has cultivated the entire estate biodynamically, while the vinifications all use indigenous yeasts in the production of the estate’s wide range of red, rosé and white wines.
