The Domaine des Herbauges, a family-owned estate in the Loire Valley operating since 1864, is continually looking to modernise and stay abreast of current consumer trends. As a result, the estate, which boasts 107 hectares and makes mainly white wines, is launching a new range of wine in cans, “By Jérome Choblet,” the fourth generation to run the estate.
