Good morning and welcome to the third and final day of Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2024. The show has been bustling with activity over the past two days, engaging attendees on both a personal and professional level. Conferences and tastings have attracted a continuous flow of enthusiastic participants, and networking has been at an all-time high.
But it’s not over yet! I encourage you all to make the most of this last day in Paris and take advantage of having so many great wines and spirits from around the world under one roof. Was there a wine you’ve been dying to try and haven’t had time? A contact you’ve been looking forward to meeting in person? Don’t let this opportunity pass you by!
There’s another full programme of conferences, masterclasses and tastings today as well, and as always I would recommend taking in as many as you can. The Wines of Centre-Loire are set to demonstrate how they are a match made in heaven with seafood this morning, and the Italian Spirits Lab is holding a tasting at noon. This afternoon you can learn more about dealcoholisation from the no/low wine collective then catch a masterclass on drinks and the producers of tomorrow.
Networking has also been a key focus of the show, with industry professionals coming together to exchange ideas and forge connections. The sense of community and collaboration is palpable, underscoring the importance of working together to navigate the challenges and opportunities facing the wine and spirits sector.
As we prepare to bid farewell to Paris, I want to extend a cordial invitation to join us in Hong Kong for Vinexpo Asia in May. It promises to be another valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues, explore new markets, and gain fresh perspectives on the industry. But for now, let’s cherish these final moments together and raise a glass to the experience we’ve shared over the last few days. The Vinexposium Group is dedicated to supporting the wine and spirits industry all year round, and we look forward to working on new projects together in the near future. My very best wishes for your continued success, and I hope to see you all again soon.
