At Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2024, Domaines Paul Mas is presenting the Vignes de Nicole, which produce Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah and Chardonnay-Viognier. An opportunity for visitors to discover the 25th vintage of these historical wines.

Domaines Paul Mas, based in the Hérault region surrounding Montpellier, is proud of the production of its historic wines Vignes de Nicole. 2023 marks the 25th vintage, and what better opportunity to celebrate than during Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris.

Domaines Paul Mas’ wines are the result of a harmonious symbiosis between an exceptional region for producing grapes, a passion for the vine, respect for the grapes during vinification and talent for blending and ageing. All of these steps are an integrated part Paul Mas’ style.

The nose is elegant and complex with aromas of ripe dark fruit and black current with spicy notes of licorice and vanilla. The Chardonnay-Viognier is a bright golden yellow with a nose of yellow and exotic fruit with notes of vanilla.
