Sober Spirits presents first alcohol free Whisky at Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2023
The young French startup, based in Lyon, is expanding its range of alcohol free spirits with the addition of Sober-Whisky 0.0% made from a genuine three year old UK Whisky. It uses a complex and innovative process to remove the alcohol before infusing it with intense flavours and aromas at their 1875 distillery in the French Alps. The company, launched in January 2022, is already present in six European countries with its alcohol free range which includes Sober-Rum and Sober-Gin.
